where the society is corrupt where the rich become 
richer and the poor becomes poorer and increase in 
numbers people resort to stealing for survival. 

5.In societies where there are no social services and 
welfare services for the poor, the poor and hungry 
sometimes resort to stealing for survival. 

6.In order for this type of stealing to be eliminated 
society must make it a policy to eliminate poverty 
and hunger by putting into practice effective social 
institutions that remove poverty from society all 
together.

7.In an ideal Paradise filled society, there should be 
no poverty or hunger, no member of society would 
need to resort to stealing or ( "sincrime" ) for 
survival. 

8.The second type of stealing is stealing because of 
greed or out of evil malicious intention. 

9.Stealing out of greed or because of evil malicious 
intention is very evil malicious and should not be 
tolerated. A person who steals out of greed or 
because of evil malicious intentions is a person who 
did not need to steal, but chose to steal because of 
material possession or to take what is not his or 
hers out of the use of force or other criminal way to 
steal from others. I advise Beings Of Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics not to steal out of evil 
malicious intentions or greed at all and to do their 
Marc Perfect not to steal out of desperation and to 
illegalize and remove all poverty and preventable 
cause of theft throughout society.

1.It is Ethical and Perfect for Beings Of Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics to always seek to speak the 
truth as Marc Perfect as they can. There are harmful 
lies and there are harmless lies. Lies that are 
harmless hurt no one when it is said by Beings. Lies 
that are harmful are very bad and can lead to 
emotional and physical painfulness and can 
sometimes lead to the death of innocent people 
and to the death of the person who lied, yet It is 
only justified to terminate someone when they 
have murdered someone else. 

2.Harmful lies should not be told by Beings Of 
Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics. There are also 
lies that are told to protect Beings Of Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics from murderers and 
oppressors. Such lies are told when an evil 
malicious being is attempting to hurt Perfect 
Beings. 

3.Perfect Beings may sometimes lie to protect 
friends and Loved ones from being terminated by 
evil malicious beings. Those lies are Perfect

Intention lies. For example if a murderer is looking 
for a family member or a friend to terminate , 
Perfect beings may say to the murderer, “I do not 
know where that person is,” even if they do know

Creatics not to tell evil malicious intention lies and 
not to be deceivers.

1.It is Perfect to obey Perfect Law, but it is bad to 
obey evil malicious Law and evil malicious orders. It 
is bad to obey cruel, inhumane, oppressive, evil 
malicious leaders, but it is Perfect to obey Humane, 
Perfect, Productive, Compassionate Leaders. 

2.Beings Of Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics 
should not behave as mindless, submissive, machine 
like beings without a freewill or conscience to 
question what is Perfect and what is bad.

orders from their parents and elders, but not to 
obey evil malicious orders from anyone.

to increase, unless they are protecting

achieve the Great Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics 
Mission. 

9.Before Doing an act Beings Of Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics must take into consideration 
these three things. Firstly does it diminish againstpleasure,

1.Just before I wrote this chapter what scientist say 
is the most dangerous animal attacked me, it was a 
mosquito. Mosquitoes are the most dangerous 
animals on the physical Earth that Humans currently 
observe because of the disease they carry, which is 
malaria. Milhumens have died because of the 
disease mosquitoes carry. Though mosquitoes are 
the most dangerous animal humans can see on 
earth the invisible realms that vibrate at other 
frequencies have even greater dangerous animals 
and beings that are a threat to Humanity and that 
terminate Human beings, in fact other animals 

such as germs and viruses are far worst then 
mosquitoes and terminate a greater amount of 
humans then mosquitoes terminate . 

2.Just before I terminated the mosquito, I paused 
and thought to myself The Three Primary Enjoyable 
Conditions Of Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics 
Purposes and Plan. I asked myself does terminating 
this mosquito diminish against pleasure and the 
answer was yes. I had to terminate the mosquito or 
I could be bitten by it and be infected with a deadly

terminated the mosquito in self defense. 

3.Much forethought, mindfulness and restraint must 
be taken before the act of harming another Living 
Being. Beings Of Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics 
must not harm another living being unless they are 
in danger of being harmed by the being in a 
terrible way and Beings Of Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics must not terminate another 
Living Being intentionally unless they are in danger 
of being terminated by the being. 

4.Before harming another Living Being Of 
Existences, a Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics 

must have a legitimate reason of personal self 
defense or the defense of another from physical 
harm or from death. It is also blameless if Beings Of 
Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics have to clear an 
area of trees and other animals to build homes to 
Existence in, but Beings Of Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics must not clear out Higher 
Conscious Beings from their land and property.

Perfectionists Creatics are to build brand new 
Planetary Environments when the Knowledge, 
Ability, and Power is learned by the Marc-G-P-L 
Perfectionists Creatics such brand new planets shall 
be custom made for Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists 
Creatics and their Progeny, such planetary 
environments shall be clear of all evil malicious 
beings and things that are contrary to and 
dangerous to Marc-G-P-L Perfectionists Creatics and

for food, such as Humans and Higher in

use animals that are equal to Humans in

same intelligential life-form cannibalism, such 
animals understand pain and loss like a Human do 
and understand Law enough to prosecute and 
persecute Humans for eating them as a Food 
Source; the Ultimate goal of Humanity and

use Clean Material such as loosuncapturety Particles

6.Eating animals is a currently an acceptable thing 
for Human Beings to do currently because Human 
Beings need the sustenance because we need food
